Ex-Cowboy Irvin cited on drug charge
"Dat aint my crackpipe, it belong to a friend, kno whad I'm saying?"DALLAS (AP) -- Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after Plano police officers searched his vehicle during a traffic stop. Irvin, an ESPN analyst and semifinalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame, told The Associated Press late Sunday that the drug pipe found in his car belonged to a friend of 17 years who left a Houston rehab center and came to Irvin's house in Carrollton for Thanksgiving. Irvin wouldn't reveal his friend's name. Irvin said he put the pipe in his car because he didn't want it in his house where his children might find it. He said he planned to drive somewhere the next day, like a grocery trash bin, and throw the pipe away but forgot. "It's a situation that is not as it seemed," said Irvin, whose voice was choked with emotion during the telephone conversation. "I know the type of demons they have to fight and I am going to help them, because it's the only way I can keep them from getting to my family. I have to clean up my friends because they are around my boys. It's upsetting." Irvin was arrested on an outstanding warrant for speeding in Irving after being pulled over Friday afternoon for speeding in Plano. Irvin said he thought he had paid the outstanding ticket. Irvin paid a fine on the speeding ticket and posted bond on the drug paraphernalia possession charge. He was released about an hour after he was pulled over. Irvin was a member of three Super Bowl championship teams with the Cowboys. Asked how this kind of publicity might affect his chances of inductio n into the hall of fame, Irvin said his helping his friends are more important. "The whole thing means such a great deal for me, and hopefully one day it will be there," Irvin said. "But my friends and my family mean a little more. I would rather be helping them, even if it hurts that." In 1996, Irvin pleaded no contest to fel ony coca ine possession in exchange for four years of deferred probation, a $10,000 fine and dismissal of misdemeanor marijuana possession charges. Irvin said Sunday he's always been transparent and open about his issues in the past, and now wants to help others through those same problems. Irvin holds Cowboys records for catches (750), receiving yards (11,904) and 100-yard games (47), including a team-record seven in a row in 1991. ESPN said it has spoken to Irvin, who will still appear on the network Monday as an analyst. "We've talked to Michael, who explained the situation to us the way he did to the AP, and we will continue to talk with Michael," ESPN sp okesman Josh Krulewitz said. "But you can expect to see him on 'Monday Night Countdown' on Monday evening." Listen to this boon lie his black ass off!!!! Gimme a break Michael, just admit you still like to get high. Don't insult our intelligence with this nigg erbabble sto ry. It is too unbelievable. Gman

Cinema gunmen hit valley theaters
" By SHAWBONG FOK/Democrat Staff Writer A recent armed robbery at Movie 5 in Woodland could be linked to a string of Sacramento-area cinema heists, the most serious of which occurred Thursday. In recent weeks, similar-looking suspects have allegedly stormed into theaters not just in Woodland but Davis, Vacaville and Sacramento, ordering employees to give out cash at gunpoint. "Suspects descriptions are similar and actions are similar," said Sgt. Dan Letamendi of the Woodland Police Department, about the string of movie theater robberies. On Thursday, r two men forced their way into the Century Theaters in Sacramento County's Arden district, taking an assistant manager and another employee hostage before entering one of the theaters where the Johnny Cash biopic "Walk the Line" had just ended. About a dozen patrons were ordered at gunpoint to relinquish their wallets, purses and jewelry. Men were then led into a men's bathroom and ordered to the floor. "They came in and told us to get down ... They had guns," witness Joe Yeager told KCRA-TV. "We emptied our pockets, and then they had us walk single-file into the bathroom and laid us down." The two men fled on foot, perhaps jumping into a waiting car, said Sacramento County Sheriff's spokesman R.L. Davis. None of the employees or patrons was hurt. Police describe the robbery at Movie 5 in Woodland on Nov. 27 as similar - no one was hurt, suspects wore masks, cash was taken from theater operators and suspects fled in a car.<b r>< br>The result is police from Vacaville, Davis, Sacramento and Woodland are scheduled to discuss if the robberies are alike and, if they are, possible solutions. The date of the meeting is unknown, but police are now "contacting witnesses," said Letamendi, who is investigating the Movie 5 robbery for his department. Suspects have been described as two black male adults, ages between 19 and 20, wearing dark clothes. Their lower faces were covered with scarves. " ------ The 50 Cent movie might have left the cinema, but it looks like niggers are keeping the spirit of TNB alive at a theater near you. |

Hi A.C.
NIce post!! Since I always carry a concealed handgun (Glock 40SW), even when I go see a movie, which is rare since most movies today are sh*t, I am on the lookout for boons like these two dark hellhounds. How bold niggers are in crime!! Imagine the balls it took to pull off a stunt like this. Niggers are not to be underestimated in the realm of violent crime. Unfortunately they have a natural gift for violent crime. That is why they prey on the white race, we are by nature less violent and not as prone to evil as that pathetic race of niggers is. Wild story and I am glad you found it. Later. Gman

Woman accuses former Dallas Cowboys wide out Michael Irvin of rape at Florida hotel Staff and Wire Reports Friday, February 5th 2010, 4:00 AM Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin is being accused of rape in a civil suit, according to a report. A woman who claimed she was raped 2-1/2 years ago by Cowboys Hall of Famer and NFL Network analyst Michael Irvin filed a civil suit against him Thursday, according to the Miami Herald. According to Broward (Fla.) State Attorney spokesman Ron Ishoy, the office has looked into the case and is expected to reach a conclusion next week. No criminal charges have been filed. According to the suit, the woman (referred to as Jane Doe), says the attack happened in the late hours of July 4 or early July 5 in 2007 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Irvin's lawyer, Larry Friedman, called the accusations "totally untrue." According to Seminole Tribe spokesman Gary Bitner, the alleged assault was reported to Seminole police on July 20, 2007. "They investigated it thoroughly," Bitner said. "Although by that time there was no longer any forensic evidence or surveillance video." David Lister, the woman's attorney, told the Herald his client and Irvin's counsel had been in negotiations for a financial settlement, but those talks stalled, prompting the lawsuit. "There were discussion back and forth between the parties," Lister said, adding that Irvin's representatives had asked for a settlement figure. "Nothing came of it." Friedman called the discussions attempts at extortion. According to the report, Friedman said the woman came forward last year, after Irvin had appeared on a few episodes of the television show "Dancing With the Stars." Irvin grew up in Fort Lauderdale and was a star wide receiver at the University of Miami before his Hall of Fame career with the Cowboys. In 1996 he pleaded no contest to a cocaine charge and later that same year, Irvin and a teammate were accused of sexually assaulting a woman, but an investigation revealed the woman had made up the story. She soon recanted.
