San Francisco State University graduate student Nina Nilssen was a fearless traveler whose adventures including trekking in South America, Central America and Mexico, friends said. (the tendency for young spirited white girls to visit countries infested with mud races seems to be very consistent. I assume we can blame the retarded indoctrination centers, aka, universities for this warped thinking)

Those friends struggled Sunday to make sense of the 29-year-old Bay Area resident's violent death (folks, it makes perfect sense to me. Niggers hate whites, niggers lust after white women, niggers attack and kill whites when an opportunity presents itself, whites will weep and make memorials to their dead loved one, cycle repeats endlessly.....) during a very different and idyllic trip: a Caribbean cruise on a sailing ship with loved ones to celebrate the marriage of her sister.

Police in Antigua told The Chronicle that Nilssen, a musician and composer who recently moved to the East Bay, was stabbed to death Tuesday afternoon after the wedding party made a port call on the island.

According to reports in the Antigua media, Nilssen strayed from a celebration on the beach.

"It's a sad story," said Everton Jeffers, an inspector with the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda. "The police are working tirelessly to catch the criminal or criminals involved in that murder."

Jeffers said authorities are looking for what is most likely a local man in connection with the killing. Meanwhile, he said, Nilssen's family remains in Antigua, waiting to claim her body and bring it home.

Nilssen was slain four days into a seven-day cruise aboard a sailing ship called the Royal Clipper. Her 32-year-old sister, Liv Nilssen, a staffer with San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater, married Luke Miller, an information technology consultant.

Midday barbecue
The attack happened the day the wedding party - which included the two sisters and their parents from New Mexico - went ashore in Antigua for a midday barbecue at Pigeon's Point Beach, police said.

Nina Nilssen's body was discovered about 5 p.m., Jeffers said, faceup with a single puncture wound to the neck. She was dressed in a bright wrap skirt and beige top, her bag lying nearby.

Jeffers did not say if there had been a robbery. An autopsy was being done, though Jeffers said his agency had a policy of not publicly reporting sexual assaults even when they occur.

In San Francisco on Sunday, shocked friends crowded into an apartment in the Mission District to remember a young woman they said was snatched away by chance.

Against a living room wall, mourners had built a shrine around a picture of Nilssen.

"I've known her since we were 11 years old," said Iris Weiss, a special education teacher at George Washington High School in San Francisco who grew up with Nina and Liv Nilssen in Taos, N.M.

"We used to go to music camp together," Weiss said. "I remember her composing beautiful pieces on a piano when she was 12."

Only a few days before the Nilssen sisters flew off to the Caribbean, Weiss said Nina Nilssen had moved from her apartment in San Francisco to a cottage near the border of Emeryville and Oakland where she would finally have room for a music studio.

Weiss, who learned of the killing in a phone call from Liv Nilssen, called the circumstances of Nina's death incongruous. She said her friend had done things much more risky.

"She had traveled the world by herself and done all sorts of stuff that would seem more dangerous," Weiss said. "And here she was killed in a tourist trap with her family nearby."

Dan Dimendberg, who co-hosted the memorial gathering, said, "This is the sort of thing you think only happens to other people."

Tall, thin man sought
Liv Nilssen and her groom had invited friends on the cruise, directing them to a Web page styled like a logbook and titled "Come Aboard With Us."

A travel blogger on the cruise with the Nilssen wedding party, Cynthia Boal Janssens, wrote that the couple were married on the bridge of the five-masted Royal Clipper by the ship's captain in a "brief sunset ceremony" at the outset of the cruise.

Now, Inspector Jeffers said, police are seeking a "person of interest" they describe as a tall, thin man of African descent with a gold-capped front tooth, dressed in three-quarter-length blue jeans. (aka, a nigger!!)Authorities in Antigua, which relies on tourism, have dealt with other attacks on guests. Last January, 38-year-old Australian yachtsman Drew Gollan was shot dead during a robbery there.

In July 2008, a British couple, Ben and Catherine Mullany, were fatally shot at their Antigua hotel on the last day of their honeymoon.

Suspect arrested in death of Bay Area woman
(01-31) 17:26 PST -- Police in Antigua say a 24-year-old Caribbean man has confessed to killing Nina Nilssen while the Bay Area woman and her family visited the island during a cruise celebrating her sister's wedding.

Assistant Commissioner Jacques Ouellette of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda told the Chronicle that Tishara Daniel, an itinerant fisherman with no prior criminal record, will be charged with murder at a court hearing today. Daniel, who is not yet represented by an attorney but will have counsel provided at the hearing, was arrested Friday and confessed that evening, Ouellette said.

Nilssen, a 29-year-old graduate student in music at San Francisco State University, went on the cruise to watch her 32-year-old sister, Liv Nilssen of San Francisco, marry Luke Miller, also of San Francisco, aboard an island-hopping, five-masted clipper ship.

On Jan. 19, while the ship was anchored off Antigua, Nilssen wandered away from a beach-front barbecue and was found dead that afternoon with a single stab wound to the neck, police said.

Ouellette said after the crime was reported in the local press, witnesses came forward to identify a suspect who fished from the shore near where Nilssen's body was found. Those tips led police to Daniel, a native of the nearby island of Dominica who came to Antigua as a teenager.

After a search of Daniel's home turned up a silver digital camera matching one taken from the victim "he admitted to the offence and gave a full description of the events which transpired on that fateful day," Antiguan authorities said in an e-mail to Nilssen's family.

Ouellette said police would not discuss alleged motive until later in the legal process. Under Antiguan law murder carries a maximum 25 year prison sentence, but a prosecutor may also seek the death penalty.

Nilssen's parents held a memorial service for Nina on Saturday in Taos, New Mexico, where they live and she grew up. They learned of the arrest on Sunday.

"The family is greatly relieved and pleased," said Elizabeth Crittenden Palacios, a friend and spokesperson.

The family has asked anyone wishing to honor Nilssen to send donations to the Taos Community Foundation, PO Box 1925, Taos, NM, 87571, to help establish Vilcanota, "the world's first spiritual national park, to forever protect their lands and traditions and the sacred beauty of the high Andes--a place of great joy for Nina." How about hanging the nigger and putting it's burry head on a spike?? Just a suggestion....

No bail for Dominican charged with the murder of American tourist

Dominican Tishara Daniel, charged with the murder of United States national Nina Elizabeth Nilssen in Antigua, was denied bail when he appeared before an All Saints Magistrate on Monday.

Daniel, 24, was remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison following his appearance before Senior Magistrate Asquith Riviere.

Antigua police said Nilssen’s body was found in an isolated area at Winward Bay in the Pigeon Point Beach area on January 19 about 5 p.m. The 30-year-old Caucasian woman along with other family members arrived in Antigua aboard the Royal Clipper Cruise Ship to celebrate her sister’s wedding. The wedding party was having a barbeque on the beach on the night Nilssen was allegedly found dead lying on her back with a stab wound to her neck.

According to the Antigua Sun News an autopsy indicated that the San Francisco, California woman died as a result of hemorrhaging due to the stab wound.
