Illegal alien charged with raping 17-year-old boy

At 1:15 a.m., on August 16, police in Warminster, PA arrested illegal alien Emigdio Asencio, 48, after his alleged 17-year-old victim identified him as the man who assaulted and raped him a few hours earlier.

When police brought Asencio out of his apartment, the boy cried: "That's him, that's him "
The alleged victim reported that around 10:30 p.m. on August 15, Asencio attacked him next to building H-1 at the Bucks Landing Apartments.

The boy told police that Asencio exposed himself to him, an then pinned his arms behind his back and forced him back to his apartment, where the particularly brutal rape occurred.

The teenager was eventually
able to get away from his attacker, by telling Asencio that he had to leave in order to take his daily medication. He then went to another apartment an called police.

The boy was taken to Abington Memorial Hospital, where an exam revealed injuries consistent with rape.
Both the victim and the alleged rapist live in the same apartment complex.

Warminster Supervisor Frank Feinberg told reporters "This is pretty shocking. I feel very sorry for the boy who was attacked."
Emigdio Asencio, now sits in the Buck County Jail on a $1 million bail, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also placed a detainer on Asencio.

This incident is not only another example of the violence being wrought
