Idaho: Hispanic accused of raping drunk woman
 Vilmer Escutia-Hurtado [QUOTE] CALDWELL -- A Homedale man faces a rape charge after a woman went to the hospital for treatment following an attack. The Nampa Police Department initiated the investigation when the victim said 30-year old Vilmer Escutia-Hurtado forced himself on her as she was intoxicated and unable to resist. He remains in the Canyon County Jail on $250,000 bond. The preliminary hearing for Escutia-Hurtado is scheduled for Sept. 4. According to the Canyon County prosecutor, he has no prior criminal convictions for violent or sexual offenses. [/QUO TE]
