A U.S. Postal Service worker charged with sexually assaulting two teenage girls in his SUV has been charged in two other similar attacks.

Tommie Naylor, who was ordered held without bond earlier this month for the more recent cases, also attacked a 14-year-old girl in 2003 and a 16-year-old girl in 2005, according to Cook County prosecutors. Yet, they still allowed him to work?

Authorities were able to charge the mail handler in the older assaults after they matched his DNA samples in a database called CODIS, a police report said.

In all four cases, Naylor, 41, abducted
teenage girls as they were walked on the street, forcing them into his black SUV, driving them to an alley or a secluded location and threatening them with a weapon or displayed one when he raped them, Assistant State’s Attorney Emily Stevens said.

In the 2003 case at Karlov and West End, Naylor told a sobbing 14 year-old girl to take off her clothes. When she refused, he yelled, “Take off the clothes bitch or I’ll beat your ass,”� Stevens said. After raping her, Naylor offered the girl $30, which she refused, Stevens said.

The girl in the 2005 attack was walking in the street, crying and looking for a police station because she was victimized in an unrelated incident. Naylor approached her in his car at 79th and Loomis, Stevens said.

Naylor offered a ride to a police station but instead took her to a nearby alley, saying he needed to get some Kleenex, Stevens said. As the victim tried to give him the Kleenex, Naylor choked and pounced on her, saying he was
“sorry and hoped God would forgive him,”� Stevens said. He then raped her, Stevens said.
Judge Donald Panarese ordered Naylor held without bond this afternoon for the additional aggravated criminal sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping charges.

Naylor, of the 7900 block of South Yale, had sobbed openly in court a when the initial allegations in the two other cases were detailed before Judge Ramon Ocasio III on July 2.

The 16-year-old victim in the March 10, 2006, incident had been standing at a KFC parking lot in the 7500 block of South Lafayette when Naylor approached and threatened to stab her in the neck with a screwdriver if she didn't get in his car, Assistant State’s Attorney Marilyn Alioto said. Before driving her to the border of the Dan Ryan Woods, where he attacked her, Naylor told the crying girl they "were going to have some fun,”� Alioto said.

In the fourth incident in November of last year, Naylor got out of his black SUV, which had
the word “RIDERS”� across the back window, in an attempt to get the attention of that victim, 15, Alioto said.

Naylor assaulted the girl after taking her to a vacant lot at Bennett and Euclid, Alioto said.
