YAKIMA, Wash. -- The two men suspected of kidnapping and raping several women in Moxee have been charged.
Jose Trinidad Jiminez was charged with first degree kidnapping, second degree kidnapping with sexual motive, and two counts of first degree rape.
Edwin Ordonez Nava was charged with first degree kidnapping, and first degree rape.
The judge set bail at $500,000 for each. Their trials will start on July
20th.

Serial Rape Suspect Charged

Yakima police believe they've nabbed a serial rapist, and today the suspect is formally charged with multiple counts of rape and kidnapping. Twenty-year-old Jose Jimenez is charged with raping two women and attempting to rape two others in Yakima last month. In one case, police say twenty-year-old Edwin Nava was also involved. He's charged with one count each of kidnapping and rape.
Police say both suspects are in the country illegally. The men are being held on $500,000 bail.
