Thomas knocked on the door of the Elberon Road apartment and shot Wehr when he answered, police said. Wehr’s two nephews saw him get shot in the face, and his sister said she couldn’t believe what happened.

“These babies aren't going to know how much their daddy loves them, because somebody that's not even human wants to come in and take their father away,” Alsabameh said. “Timmy was a good kid."

Thomas was taken into police custody Sunday, after police said he tried to rob someone at gunpoint on Warsaw Avenue and ran past a police cruiser.

It is easy to be right concerning boons, Davy! They can always be counted on to inflict misery and chaos on any white that associates with them. Based on that never failing principle, it is easy to be right so often. I take no joy in being right so much. In fact, even an indirect association with niggers via being a Newnation reporter can bring misery and chaos to us. The nigger is a vexing species that I wish could be eradicated!! Such a mistake to have ever brought them to our shores generations ago.... We are now paying a massive price that could not have been foreseen at the time!! Of course, back then they were viewed as livestock and properly controlled. Now we have given them rights and a disaster ensued!! Woe to us for being so stupid!!

Insightful! Good post Gman. I avoid niggers - as much as that is possible in this benighted land - but as you point out - even indirect associations brings misery and chaos. As much as I enjoy bringing news of negritude to a wider audience sometimes the TNB is overwhelming. I need to take a break. I don't think white people are evolutionary prepared for the misery that niggers bring about.

I understand about taking a break from TNB reporting occasionally, William. I also take an occasional break myself. I wish TNB would take a break now and then!! Thanks for your compliment on my post. I am a man in my early 50's and have seen a lot in my life so far. What I see recently is the implosion of our once great nation. We are being torn apart and it seems little can be done about it! On occasional lone wolf here and there will make no real difference.... We live in perilous times in this country. Take care.

Jury convicts man of murder



A jury deliberated about five hours over two days before convicting Markques Thomas today of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.



Thomas, 20, killed Timothy Wehr as he was trying to rob Wehr’s sister of money and the marijuana she sold from her East Price Hill apartment.

When Timothy Wehr tried to shrug off the gun Thomas had in the back of Wehr’s shoulder, Thomas shot and killed Wehr in front of his nephew and sister.


Wehr was dead before his body fell. The bullet went through both lungs, nicked a vertebrae and several veins.


Thomas fled but was identified because he drove a distinctive purple car.


When police pulled over that car days later, Thomas was drivin
g it with two guns under the driver’s seat. Thomas admitted they were his guns.


Forensics found the bullet that killed Wehr was fired from one of the guns, a beat up revolver that had a mass of tape where the missing handle was supposed to be.


A police dog tracked the killer’s scent to a nearby house where the resident said he saw two men running from that area toward a distinct purple car. After Thomas was arrested, Debra Thomas told police he was the man she saw shoot and kill her brother.


Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Winkler sentence Thomas on April 30. The minimum sentence is 18 years to life.

Drug shooting nets life term

Markques Thomas insisted Thursday he didn't shoot Timothy Wehr to death - but then chided himself for "buying cheap guns."



Wehr was shot in the back - possibly accidentally when the gun fired unexpectedly - as he was trying to get Thomas to stop pointing it at him. Thomas and another man were trying to rob Wehr's drug-dealing sister Oct. 17, 2008.

"I made the mistake of buying the wrong guns," Thomas, 20, told Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Winkler at Thursday's sentencing.
