Ghana migrant accused of raping a woman in Fargo

A judge has set bail at $100,000 for a Ghana citizen accused of raping a woman in Fargo.

Twenty-seven-year-old Emmanuel Addai (AW'-day) was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Grand Forks, after a warrant was issued for him. The agency says there is no indication that Addai tried to leave
the country.

Addai and another man are accused of taking turns raping a 32-year-old woman in Fargo in late January.

The other man, 39-year-old Kofi Avortri, was arrested earlier and had bail set at $100,000.

Why should the turd want to leave the country? Back in his sewer-nation he would be castrated or necklaced for this offense. Here, he might get as little as "psychiatric evaluation," and probation (with conditions it won't comply with anyway).

On the other hand, since Fargo is (so far) not Noo Yawk, Joisey, or Maryland, this trash could get a meaningful punishment. We'll hope for the best.
