MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WHBQ FOX13 myfoxmemphis.com) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added Winfred and Akeem Scott to its Top 10 most wanted list for the rapping a girl repeatedly over a 5 year period.

The crimes happened at a Memphis residence beginning in 1999 and continuing through 2004. The crimes were initiated when the girl was five years old.

Both father and son will face charges of rape of a child when captured.

Winfred Scott is described as a 47-year-old black male, approximately 6'1" tall and weighing 300 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Akeem Scott, is also a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 6" tall and weighs about 250 lbs.
