It happened Thursday in the early evening as police were out walking the neighborhood with loved ones and dogs. One resident caught the melee on video tape from his apartment window. He says he called police three times before they responded. One officer was slightly injured as he made an arrest. Tonight, the police presence in the area is heavy.
